7/8/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is rubbery, woody, citric, vanilla, funk. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and sourness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Drying finish. Good.

Panda thanks to Danlo: Poured a hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma is sharp cut apples, some light tannins, wood. Taste is sharp tangy apples, fresh, dry finish.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Hazed orangey gold colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, vanilla, oak barrel, with funky notes, some tart acidity and alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oaky tart & slightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
