Californian IPA.
It's birthday time here at Burnt Mill and for our 7th year we are celebrating once again with a duo of beers. Over the last year we have loved playing with different IPA styles and one of our favourites has been the Californian IPA. Lighter in bitterness than our classic West Coast styles which suits the light and crisp malt profile. Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7 and Amarillo hops are firm favourites in the brewery and give us a melody of tropical, vinous and citrus vibes.
