Death of Summer cider. The twins. Harvest occupies the transition zone between the fullness of summer and quiet of winter. Made from wild Cornish apples, the twins celebrate the transition marked annually by the cider making season. Pet nat, tart and fully dry, where one ends, the other begins and the wheel continues to turn.

750ml bottle from Vagrant Cider. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk, mineral hint. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, with a chalky note, and some light acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
