Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours clear oily deep yellow with a decent white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, fatty, doughy white bread, buttery biscuit, sponge cake, toasty grain and grass. The taste is crispy, dry, fairly snappy, grassy, toasty rain, cereal, bitter - sweet character, bread & butter pudding, white bread, biscuit and sponge cake with a drying, kinda earthy finish. Light+ body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Pretty run of the mill stuff and not stand out for BD.
