Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, skin, core. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, funk, with some acidity and straw hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

27/4/2024. Can shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours almost clear golden orange with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is tart, green apples, light funk, straw, barnyard. Nice sour apple taste. Moderate body, light carbonation. Very dry finish. Pretty good.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small small, fizzy - virtually none, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, funky, horse blanket, apple skin, sweet apple, dry dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20240427]

Can from Holm Cider. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is ripe apples, some green apples too, leathery, mild barn. Taste is minerals, green apple skin, dry af, very mineraly. Sparkly carbonation. Promises made, promises kept, this is very dry!
