Created to celebrate the spirit of collaboration and community found within the array of independent traders hosted within Sheffield's Moor Market. We've teamed up with Beer Central and Nepalese food extraordinaires Hungry Buddha to make a tasty, hazy pale that's a perfect partner to a thali! Juicy mango and pithy orange from the combination of Galaxy, Mosaic, Amarillo and Centennial hops is followed up by a crisp, refreshing bitterness.

440ml can from Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy pale yellow colour, white foam head and aroma of zesty citrus, sherbert, hops. Taste is pale malt, grain, citrus zest, grapefruit, with floral hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy citric hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Sorry Sean, should definitely have got this off you but I happened to be passing. Anyhoo. Haze straw gold. Skim off dense white foam. Nice fresh citrus peel and flesh. Some peachy notes. A little mineral. Clean dry malt. The has a lick of citrus sweetness but is mostly dry and fairly punchy bitter. Crisp clean palate with bright carbonation. Lean bitterness to finish. Great pale ale.
