Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 02/07/24. Almost clear golden blonde with a white cap that soon thins to a swirl. Nose is funk, hedgerow, apple core, straw, earthy, oak. Taste comprises orchard wood, tannins, vinous, apple skins, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad if a little stuck in 3rd gear.

29/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear pale gold with minimal bubbles. Aroma is funky, straw, woody, fleshy apple, gooseberry, barnyard. Some sugary sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry funky finish.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a fine bubbles. Aroma is earthy apple, bark, some straw, light alcohol note. Flavour is composed of super dry earthy apple, apple skin, woody pips, straw, mineral. Palate is super cirsp and refreshing, drying finish, moderate carbonation. Nice stuff.

Sample, courtesy of Danlo. Thanks Danlo. Pours a relatively clear pale yellow, small ring of foam that persists. Wild nuances on the nose. Flavour profile has a deep wild character, hints of gooseberry with juicy green apple, tart moments with a gentle acidity. Decent.

750ml bottle from Vagrant Cider. Opened with a loud pop. Golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, fleshy fruit, chalky hint. Taste is tart, apple, fruity, gooseberry, some mineral notes, and tangy, with drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
