Sample thanks to Danlo! Pours a pale yellow with a fine mist. Aroma of crisp fleshy bramley fruit. Continues to taste, quite a vibrant bramley profile, good definition. nicely done.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of apple, fleshy, citric. Taste is tart, crisp, apple, some skin & core, with white wine hints, citric, and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
