75cl bottle from Wilderness Brewery, supped watching Hamlet at Shrewsbury Castle. Pours a mucky brown, mild natural carbonation. Aroma of raw, earthy, woody, natural apple mush and morning orchard flora. Flavour profile presents a woody, wild, complex natural depth with leafy, mushy fresh-pressed apple pomace. Very enticing blend.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of musty apple, straw, earthy funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, earthy, funky, some leathery hints, grassy, with alittle acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
