A rare cider. The 2022 harvest produced such spectacular and exciting fruit that when a beautiful oak cask arrived on the farm to be filled in early November, we were hopeful we could make something special. A blend of Dabinett and Kingston Black apples has created a cider bursting with fruit, overflowing with layers of gorgeous harvest season aromas and with a deep, rich flavour as it travels across the palate. A cider full of life, of which we could only make 280 bottles.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of oak, woody, apple, vanilla. Taste is tangy, oaky, wood barrel, vanilla, with fruity apple, funk and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Very drinkable.
