NZ / U.S Dual Nation IPA
Nelson Sauvin | El Dorado

The real question here is, why haven't we thought of this Dual Nation combo 'til now! Two absolute weapons come together for an all-hop-no-filler U.S / NZ IPA. Flying over the Pacific to New Zealand with its flagship Nelson Sauvin taking the lead. We know it, we love it, wine-inspired crisp and fresh. Back to the West Coast of the U.S El Dorado takes this over the dune to the beach with tropical citrus overtones.

Cask handpull at Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge. Clear gold bubbly lasting white head. Some interesting yeast character. Some sweaty sox NZ hops. Not my favourite Some sweetness in the mouth. Not much bitterness. Some tropical fruit.

Cask at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrusy hops. Taste is sweet, malty, grain, tangy, biscuity with citrus hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Cask-conditioned at the Wyvern, Swindon 3/3/2024. Deep gold in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Citrus hops, tangerine and pineapple fruit character, biscuity maltiness leading to a dry finish. Good.
