Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Hazy deep red colour with pink foam head and aroma of blackcurrant, funk, leather, apple. Taste is tart, funky, with blackcurrant notes, fleshy apple hints and some drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Unlabelled bottle at Boerenerf. Hazed deep raspberry red. Slim dense pink foam. Nose has unripe blackcurrant. Dessert apple. Taste is dry and tart. Moderate acidity. Dry and lean. Crisp tart finish.

Bottle split at Het Boernerf taproom, Huiziengen, 10/02/24. Raspberry red with a good sized lasting crimson covering. Nose is vibrant blackcurrants, straw, light funk, good red berry punch, straw. Taste comprises blackcurrant and apple, tannins, hedgerow, tannins, light barnyard esters, bitter sweet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, lighy drying. Solid cider.

Bottle shared at 3 Fonteinen, for Rich's 50th Bruxelles adventure. A light hazed deep plummy purple coloured pour with a lasting fine pink head. Aroma is semi sweet, ribena, blackcurrant. Light funk. Palate is semi sweet drying finish, fine carbonation,. Prickly peppery finish. Interesting.
