Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, orchardy, with barnyard funk, leather, and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured an orange with carbonated white head. Aroma is earthy woodsy, apples, cereal, leather. Taste is semi-sweet, apples, caramel, tangy.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Pours mostly clear golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, funky, apple, straw, woody and slight mucky edge. Quite sweet initially, bitterness and dryness develops. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Nicely done.

Panda at home thanks to Colin. A clear mid orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is woody apple, bark, light mould, hint of toffee, light tart, lemon twist. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fizzy apple, juicy fruit, bark, hint of caramel, condensed apple. Palate is semi sweet, tart, juicy,

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 30/12/23. Moderately hazed orange golden with a decent just off white cap, as it goes for a cider, that veers and remains as edging. Nose is funky, barnyard, light sulphuric notes, hay bale, apple barrel. Taste comprises sweeter elements, funk, sugars, tannins, light orchard wood, caramel, straw. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Decent refreshment for 4.5%.
