Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6
Keg at Paten & Co, Stamford. Light yellow, hazy with a very small white head. Light tropical fruits and sweet citrus aromas are accompany by a chalky, almost vegetal note. Taste is improved - bittersweet with a slight sourness - but the chalky character is still present short finish with citrussy hop. Slight fizzy body. Not a great beer from NVB.
