@ Kwatrechts bierfestival. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Complex and good tripel. Citrussy, notes of banana and spices. Not too sweet. Good!

4/IV/24 - 33cl bottle from Carrefour supermarket (Oostakker), shared @ Barjac (FR), BB: 15/IX/25 (2024-202)
Pretty clear gold blond beer, small aery irregular white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of ripe banana, some bread yeast, a bit malty, honey, slightly oxidized, grains, hay, ripe pears. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: a bit sweet, malty, banana, more malts, gentle bitterness, a bit spicy, oxidized, some honey. Aftertaste: a little bitter, banana and banana peel, a bit oxidized, malty, spicy, some cardamom, fruity finish, pears, oranges, some alcohol.
