Bottle. Thornbridge subscription box. Clear pale copper. Slim off white foam. Light nutty malt and sweet brown bread. Loose leaf tea hoppage. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste. Smooth with good body. Fairly short finish.

Foamy off white head left a spotty cover on an unclear amber coloured body. Caramel, malt & toast aroma. Medium bodied, smooth over the tongue with a foamy cloying back. Malt, biscuit, berries & jam tastes with a tangy lightly hopped fruity finish. Solid.

Cask at The Colmore, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, malty, nutty, jammy citrus, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On cask at Coach and Horses Dronfield - Deep amber, lasting head. Big caramel hints in this, smooth body. Lots of good things in this one.
