Can 0,44 ltr: Opaque black coloured brew with an dry bitter taste with some sweetness. Hints of citrus, coffee and some sweet chocolate. Gusher alert!

--Canned at Hopyard, Oslo. -- Dark brown, small head. Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate, dark bread and licorice. Mid bitter finish.

Casi negra, opaca, de muy muy abundante, espuma, muy cremosa y de color, ocre, beige. Aroma ahumado, notas de cacao. En boca pasa facil, con bajo gas. Sabor ricamente malteado, notas torrefactas y caracter ahumado. Café y cacao.

On tap at Gobet Zagreb, Ophiussa TTO. Nitro. Black coloured, huge beige head, light roasty nose. Discreet roasty, watery, milk chocolate and mild coffee with bitterish roasty finish. Flat.

Cette bière est vraiment sympa ! D'un noir intense, elle dégage des arômes torréfiés et chocolatés, avec une subtile touche lactée. En bouche, on découvre un mélange équilibré de saveurs de chocolat noir, de café et de notes de caramel et de vanille. Bien qu'elle ne révolutionne pas le genre, c'est une bière agréable à déguster. Alors, n'hésitez pas à vous laisser tenter par cette expérience gustative. Santé !

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 16A). Can 44 cl - Batch not declared (canned on 14.02.21 - BBF: 14.02.22). AROMA: medium roasted aroma with dark chocolate notes. medium-low to low sweet background as well as some nuttiness. no hops detected. APPEARANCE: very dark brown body with ruby highlights. opaque. medium-low light brown head, creamy, with no retention. TASTE: initial medium roasted/sweet flavor with a chocolate impression and cream. slight fruitiness. medium bitterness with an almost dry and roasty finish. balanced. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a nice starting point for a sweet stout that needs to improve head retention and body.
