Big foamy mediumlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grainy, weeds, grass, dried grain, hay, minerals, bark, alcohol, paper, cereal. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish floral, weeds, sour grass, dried grain, hay, minerals, paper, bark, flowers, alcohol, dusty harsh hops. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Boring.

Can @ office. Unclear golden body under a big, foamy white head. Aroma has some malt and fruit, but quite distinct pinecones. Taste is medium sweet malt, generic fruitiness, pines and some saison kind of spicy yeast. Average bitterness and balanced body. Not the most typical pilsner, but sure a decent, refreshing beer.

200ml draught, sample tray at Apollon Tønsberg. Clear late straw coloured body, upper part lacing from a covering white head. Moderate smell of grassy hops and mid-sweet pale malts. Fine blended malt-fruity flavours, ripe lemon, grass, and craft malts. Prolonged finish, malt-fruity. Clean on the swallow and easy to drink. Pretty nice pilsner. (Tønsberg, 15.08.2024).
