Bottled. Poured a cloudy pale gold. Barnyard funk but some malt as well. Pretty enjoyable.

Tap at Mikkeller. Nice saison-like funkiness I guess from the Brett, bread, herbs, good stuff. Bit fruity, yoghurt, you know the thing. Didn't really get the IPA element but I still liked it a lot.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Aggressively gushing, spraying the roof and walls, spilling half the contents. What is left pours murky golden with brief coarse head. Seriously funky nose with cobwebs and grass. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Dry with some pine needles, horse blanket, grapefruit peels and grass. Metallic, resiny finish.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, brett, minerals, flowers, bark, paper, moss, citrus peel, barnyard, light malts, soda powder. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh funky mouthfeel. Nice enough.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 8/2015. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/straw color with a 2 finger fairly foamy and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, melon, orange, grapefruit, red apple, white grape, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, citrus/pine/earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, melon, orange, grapefruit, red apple, white grape, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast spiciness, pine/herbal/grassy bitterness, and light tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, melon, orange, grapefruit, red apple, white grape, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, musty funk, wheat, cracker, white bread, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a white. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, citrus/pine/earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rind/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent wild Belgian session IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, citrus/pine/earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the moderately bitter/spicy/drying finish. Brett totally took this over at this point, but I can still taste hops. Feels like classic C hops. Well rounded fruity/funky/spicy Brett/saison yeast complexity, nice citrus/piney/earthy hop balance, and a solid pale malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering, it held up really well.

Hazy, light tan. Thin head. Soft blueberry brett. So brett, bright but indistinct hops. Good stuff
