[5/13/17] Draught at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Red session. Pinkish red. Berries, wood, spiciness, tart, juicy, lacto, a bit of salt. Good and refreshing.

22 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Clear reddish with moderate off-white head. Aromas of hibiscus, citrus, berries, herbs, some floral notes, some funk and tart notes, slight smokiness. Tastes of tart lemon lime citrus, berries, hibiscus, tart acidic notes, light floral notes, herb, a little pear. Light body with a dry and slightly tart finish. Nice and interesting.

Taste is smooth, salty and slightly tart with some berries, lactic notes and earthiness. Finish is smooth, slightly salty and tart with some lactic sourness and earthy notes. Smooth and refreshing.
