Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of cocoa/chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and some discernible alcohol notes. Well brewed with a good balance of flavors but a fuller body would have been even better.
