Quite pale yellow. A bit appley. Wild yeast influence apparent on the nose. Off-dry, some sugars, good complexity.

On tap at Irrational, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma has a nice farmhouse character, champagne-like effervescence, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with a nice champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple skins, and a nice farmhouse character. Nice use of the yeast. Very good.

On tap at Irrational. Pours clear pale blonde. Loads of apple skins, some juice and must on the nose. Flavour has lots of musty, fermented apple skins, nice low-level tannins, low residual sugars. Nice.

473ml can. Pours a clear pale straw colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of red apple and funky yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of green apple and green grape in a crisp, dry, tart, slightly acidic finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not bad.
