Hazy golden with a medium-low white foam lowering relatively inconsistently. Nose: lemon-led aroma, strong fist, cellar. Mouthfeel is aggressively sharp and citric, lemony, wild fermentation mouthfeel as well. If you like to be kicked by a pure freshly squeezed lemon juice your beer is here 😃

Borefts 2024. A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of citra, herbs, some funk, white grapes. Taste of tart lime, citrus, white grapes, funk.

Cloudy pale light yellow to light beige beer, no head. Aroma: funky, wild, lots of brett, wood notes, dusty, some lemon juice, a bit zesty. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very sour start, lemony, dry, a bit funky, a hint of vinegar. Aftertaste: more sourish, lemony, meh.

Spritziger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Angenehme Zitrusnoten, minimal herb, spritzig. Weich, langer Abgang. 10/9/11/9//10

Brno tasting 08/2024. Pale golden color with white head. Aroma of vinous sourness, light citrus, funk, wood. Taste is moderate sour, citrus hops, wood, light funk. Very good.

PINTA Barrel Bottle, 0.375l. Aroma of barnyard, sweat, citruses, flowers and cereals. Pours hazy golden color with medium sized quickly diminishing white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and grainy, following is zesty, slightly woody and a bit funky with rather dry mouthfeel. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Wild & free…

355ml bottle at tasting. Poured unclear light orange/near yellow. Citrus, lime notes with some funky notes. Light wood, more lime. Very refreshing!
