This is a New Hokkaido beer so we used a blend of Hokkaido rice and jasmine rice in the grain bill. This beer showcases impeccable balance and drinkability for a 6.9% beer. Hopped with new New Zealand variety Kohai and Galaxy, expect big aroma and flavor notes of papaya, kiwi, and mixed berry.
