Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a moderate foamy dark tan head. Aroma of chocolate and whiskey. Hint of treacle. Full bodied/lots of carbonation. Flavor of whiskey/treacle/chocolate with oat smoothness mixed in. Not dry, but not really sticky. Bitter from heat and malt. Smooth and delicious.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, beige collar and a few sparse bubbles. Aroma is a nice blend of chocolate and bourbon, so balanced. Taste is sweet with the boozy notes right up front. Chocolate, coffee, roast and a little burn at the finish. Smooth.

16 oz. can, pours jet black with a small tan head. Nose seems very sweet, with loads of bourbon, vanilla and molasses. Flavour is intense, with loads of bourbon barrels -- the barrels have a light-to-moderate peaty character -- along with molasses, oak, and alcohol. Syrupy, viscous palate, but the sweetness isn't as high as I'd expect; the booze cuts down on that. Very well-structured. Great stuff.
