This velvet confection spent sixteen months in a blend of Oregon Spirits and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels before conditioning on hundreds of pounds of roasted pecans, Madagascar vanilla, and a dusting of Korintje Cinnamon. Cinnamon glazed pecans flirt with brown sugar boozy spice offering a delightful pastry stout experience reminiscent of sugar-stained paper cones overflowing with freshly roasted pecans.

750 ml waxed. Aroma has notes of pecans, caramel, vanilla, bourbon, earth, licorice, raisin. Pours inky black with a thin tan head that falls immediately into a ring. Taste is moderately bittersweet with candied pecan and bourbon barrel flavors. Soft carbonation with an oily texture.
