Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, élénk borostyán szín. Illata halovány, leginkább malátás, pici komlóval. Markáns keserű, malátás alapon, jellegzetes ESB. Komoly szénsav és némi fűszeresség jellemzi még. Utóíze jó hosszú keserű. Kellemes, jól iható itóka.

0,5L bottle, BB 03.03.15. Pours amber with a off-white head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is hoppy, grass, hint of butter. Flavor is intense hoppy, grass, malt, harsh nutty bitterness, some fruity notes. Finish is dry nutty bitter. Overall: too harsh for me, but not offending.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden amber, short-lived white head. Not much on the nose, touch of sweaty socks actually. Taste is better, some hop bitterness, orange, caramel. That resiny sweatiness builds up though, whilst the overall impression is thin and watery. Not great.

Bottle from Nissa, Hebden Bridge. Golden, no head. Medium bodied with a very light fruitiness in both aroma and taste, although a nice texture in the palate.
