500ml bottle from local shop. Golden amber colour, foamy white head and aroma of malt, grain, light hop. Taste is sweet malty, with some biscuit plus a slightly fruity tangy note, and peppery hop bitterness that lingers. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry bitter finish. OK.

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff april-13: lokalt dyrket malt og humle (First Gold) fra Suffolk. Fint, holdbart skum og dyp gylden farge inviterer Aromaen byr på fruktighet med innslag av gress og litt honning (kanskje aner vi noe kanel i kulisseene?). Meget lett å drikke og med en humlebitterhet som er ganske så tydelig. Lang ettersmak. En løfterik start på denne kvelden!

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.9%. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Fairly strong aroma of grassy and herbal hops (First Gold), also hints of honey and cinnamon. The flavour has first medium sweet malts with a hint of toffee and mild spices, immediately followed by a distinct hoppy bitterness, becoming quite sharp throughout the long aftertaste.

Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate, light, crispy and semi dry. A trace of honey surrounded by fairly bitter hops. The hops have a nice marmalade vibe - grapefruit and a little orange. Fresher orange before the semi dry finish. Strong bitter linger. Decent.

Bottle @ Kolding Ølmesse, 2012. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Green King paperbag aroma. A bit of grain, caramel and bread. A bit of grasssy hops in the end.

Cask. Pours clear, vibrant gold with a small head. Biscuity malts, light grass and hay. Light sweet flavor, bit of tang, hay, bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Bit of sugar to finish, some tangy citrus, wet hay. Alright.
