Bottle split at Brews of the World, Burton on Trent in Feb 2023. Shared with stevoj & Taboada, cheers guys. Poured clear gold to amber with white foam. Aroma: sweet apple, stewed apple, apple pie, hints of mustiness & funk. Taste: bittersweet apple, tart apple, apple skin, must, funk, light tannins. Dry on the palate. Medium body with low carbonation. Lovely

Bottle shared at Brews of the World. Clear, white wine pour, a few bubbles . Apples on the aroma, of course. Taste adds some barrel notes and yeasty funk to the apples, for real smooth taste. Really nice

Bottle shared at CBC - London. Big thanks to Fergus. Pours unclear orange, with a frothy topping. Tasty, dry, with light ripe apple character, some funk, lemon peel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Drying on the finish, with more citrus peel, further funk. Novel stuff. Very good overall.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Islington. 12/09/2018. A translucent golden ortange coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is nice sweet juicy apple, light bark, pear, crystaline sugars, toffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apple, crisp, light dry bark, drying finish, . Palate si crisp, tanin, highish carboantion. . Palate is crisp, dryingi, , Lovely.

Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap, floaters evident. Nose is crisp apple, light vinous tones, funk, dusty apple skin. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, caramel, glazed apple, hint of pear, straw, light sugars, bitter sweet apple. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent easy and cleanish drinking cider with a light funk level.
