Our islands are straightforward, with stony beaches and stocky coastal junipers in the middle of salty and seal-grey sea. And that’s just the way we love them.

This salty and tart gose is combined with the simple spice of Finnish junipers. The result however is quite unique – just like our love towards our islands.

Meie saared on lihtsad, kiviste randade ja jändrike rannakadakatega kesk soolast hülgehalli merd. Just sellistena on need saared meile armsad.

Tuloksena on jotain aivan erityistä - kuten rakkautemme saariamme kohtaan.

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Fairly mild aroma with malt and rather mild notes of juniper. Moderate sweet with light acidic notes, mild herbal and spicy flavours and hints of salt. Mild and close to boring, but drinkable enough. Somewhat refreshing, but would have liked more intense flavour.

Draught @ OlutExpo 2016. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juniper, earthy notes, mild hints of lactic notes and sourness. Taste is earthy, funky and sourish with some juniper, citrus, lactic notes and wheaty yeastiness. Finish is salty, sourish and earthy with some juniper. A bit weird.
