Tap at Warsawski Festival Piwa. Thin body, med-high carbo. Med-high sourness, quite assertive, light tartness too. Lemony citrusy character, a hint of lemongrass. A hint of cheesiness. Easy drinking, good one.

Can, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, citrusy, grassy and a bit salty. Pours cloudy straw color with thick creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and yeasty with mild coriander note, following is grainy and faint salty with notes of tannins and smooth finish. Limonka, słone, kwaśne, słodowe, kolendra ledwo wyczuwalna. Barwa ciemniejszego złota, mętne, piękna i trwała piana, delikatny lacing. Goryczki brak. Klasyczne gose, nic ponad to. Jest po prostu ok.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 11 Apr 2023) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, sourdough bread and coriander. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, lime, bread, hay, coriander and a slightly salty finish with low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Very nice.
