Sour, salty, and loaded with delicious apricot flavour. This beer is brewed with a blend of wheat and lager malt for a light, grainy character and fermented with lots of beautiful, juicy apricots. Freshly ground coriander seed contributes a zesty lemon character to complement the acidity. Assertively tart, with a gently salty finish.
