Sampled at Brother’s Beer Bistro. Pours a very slight hazy golden colour, creamy off-white head with good creamy lacing. Beautiful aromas of fresh grass and spices like basil (which is one of my favourite spice). The taste is nicely bitter over the mild grain with some of the fresh leaves-spices. Wonderfully smelling Saison that is a nice collaboration.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Hazy orange. Aroma of pepper, basil, oranges. Sweetish flavor with caramel, yeast, pepper, basil, orange. Medium-bodied.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, caramel, malt, and spices, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Brewfist / Flying Monkeys Basilisk ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, basil, rosemary, light to moderate hoppy, citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, basil, rosemary, spicy, caramel, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Bottle sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - golden pour with small white head. Fruity and floral hoppy aroma and taste, yeasts, some lemon, straw, hay, lots of spices, some herbal hoppy notes into the mix, ok.

0,33L bottle (from Koht, Tallinn). Pours dark amber with light beige head. The head stays for long time. Aroma is very sweet, fruity, yeasty, and spicy. Flavor is sweet, fruits, citrus, orange, spices. Finish is sweet and fruity-dry bitter. Overall: nice brew.
