On tap at session muskoka. Aroma is dominated by basil, and an overall salad flavour. Very herby, slightly peppery, some cereals, and light fruit. Nice carb, good mouth feel, very crisp, and clean, finish is lightly bitter, maybe leaning toward medium. Very grassy in the end with more dominant basil.

Draft - Tea leaf and some herbal notes. Clearish gold with a rich beige head. Herbal, wet grass and some pepper notes. A bit too herbal for my taste.

On tap @ Beer Temple. This one has a deep cloudy honey golden colored body. On the top, a big lasting and heavy lacing dense fluffy off-white head. Looks like marengs it smells kinda weird. Herbal and spicy at once. Lots of dry saison yeast. Grapes and some apple thing. Pear and chocolate wrapper. Strange combo, but it doesn't smell all that bad actually. Hmm.. That's a strange taste. Like you have taken everything you have in your kitchen and tried to make a beer. It's totally all over the place this. Peppery and old spicy. Lots of juniper and lavender like flavors just not quite. It's nice and well-bodied with a creamy averages carbonation level. It definitely has a sour side this, almost tamarind sour. Smoky beefy hints. Herbal and really strange. Can't say I loved it, but it's definitely drinkable. 07.05.2017

On tap at Session Muskoka. Clear orange amber under a small white head leaving tight lace. Nose is spice, light yeast, banana, hints of citrus and green fruit. Very light sweet fruit and banana leads to a light tartness with spice and basil more evident towards the end. Medium- mouth with prickly carbonation and a very dry finish. Nice. 8/4/7/4/16

Bouteille 33cl, lotto# L5391, BB 30.09.2016.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 20 Feb 2016) Golden amber colour with dense, off-white head. Malty, spicy nose with bread, hay, grass and earthy hops. Malty, spicy taste with notes of dried fruit, ginger, hints of basil and rosemary, and a sweetish finish with a gentle bitterness and hints of herbs. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Interesting and quite herbal. Quite nice.
