Best before 04/24, buying this can at the Alcampo, Sevilla. Opening and drinking it yesterday at Epalinges. A dunkel brewed on the German way, medium/light body, malty, a bit roasty, sweet but it is ok, normal bitterness, correct.

As Rambler's Negra, 5.6%, from Dia in Montefrio. Pours black with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of corn, soft caramel, coffee, earth & roasted malt. Moderate to Medium body. Slightly sweet with minimal bitter finish.

Casi negra / Coca-Cola opaca con espuma media, ocre/beige de aspecto cremoso y retención media. Aroma ligero a chocolate con leche. En boca, cuerpo medio, algo oleosa, suave en general, punzante de gas. Sabor con predominio malteado, chocolate, notas ahumadas.

Color y aspecto de coca cola en todos los sentidos, carbonatación y aspecto de la espuma incluidos. Aromáticamente ofrece lo justito, cierto recuerdo de malta tostada. En boca es acuosa, muy carbonatada, ofrece notas de pan negro, malta tostada y cierto regustillo a pastillas Juanola.
