Bottle at Belgian Beer Geeks Gathering. Hazy golden with very small head. Sweet malts and grapes, lots of bitter grape skins, yoghurt, yeast, dry oak, quite herbal. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied.

A modest haze on this red grape colour beer, small and very short lived pale mauve head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts play an almost unnoticeable supporting role here. Quite right! Nice red grapeage! Sweet red grapes, red wine and a touch of Port wine rich berry goodness coming through on the back end. Tiny bit of alcohol spice on the last bit of the finish. A rich and rewarding grape ale. Drinks well below it's abv.

Bottle at home from Bottle and Board Peterborough. Deep reddish brown with a thin head. Aroma and taste are winey and earthy slight vinous. Sweet grape fruity and slight tart. Full body.
