Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 26th January 2023. Slightly hazy amber with shallow foam affording full lacing. Scented grassiness in aroma. Blend of citrus, spices grasses and sweet candied fruits in-mouth. A complex finish that is as sweet on the tongue as it is bitter on the upper rear mouth. A lot going on. A smooth mouthfeel and a full body.
