(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with apples, earth, wet autumn leaves, hay, citrus, a touch of yeast and wood. Fruity, spicy taste with yellow apples, lemon peel, flowers, yeast, wood and a mild tartness in a dry finish. Good carbonation. Medium body, quite dry. Elegant, tasty and well balanced. Very nice.
