Это стиль пива, что варили с 16 века в Польше. Он заинтриговал нас, как и многие хорошие стили, не дожившие до наших дней в первозданном виде.
Реанимированный энтузиастами он начал свою новую, еще более яркую историю!
«Гродзиское» – эль созданный не из ячменного, а пшеничного зерна, который при соложении немного коптился дымом дубовой древесины.

Tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weeken 2016, Tallinn. Colour is cloudy light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Smoke, wheat, some fruits and malts.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Dorée léger orange, col fin blanc. Arôme offer un léger fume malté typique de ce style polonaise. Palais laissse une trace aigrelette en bouche accompagné d’un côté salin-minéral et légèrement fumé. Petite touche citrique et sécheresse en fin de bouche.

Tap at TCBW. Pours golden. Aroma is lovely smoke, bacon, and wheat. Flavor is sour and sweet, bacon, wheat, bit of salt. Body is watery. Overall: ok.

Tap at TCBW2016. Hazy amber color, small white head. Aroma is smoked and herbal. Light-bodied. Light fruityness, some smoke, light tartness. Probably a good showcase of this style.

On tap at TCBW 2016. Slightly hazy amber with small, off-white head. Wheaty and smoky aroma with some fruity notes. Moderate sweet with mild acididty and nice smoky flavours. Slightly on the boring side, but quite tasty.
