Tap. Hazy yellow, modest white creamy head. Smells of mango, peach, spicy hop, minimal wild yeast. Light body. Smooth oily palate. Light fruity acidity on tongue. A touch of citric bitterness along. This brew is quite harmonious.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Dorée, paille, col fin blanc. Arôme offer un nez super plaisant mettant bien en avant le bouquet houblonné, surtout au niveau Galaxy, petit retro tropical perce en retrait, assez discret. Fruité agrumes en retro. Palais est légèrement suret, citornnée zeste excellent, profil de Galaxy ajoutant un profil agrumes correspondant à un côté houblonnage à cru rappelant le Citra. Vic Secret de son côté semble conférer des notes de pin, léger ananas. Très bon usage de ces houblons australiens, tant en amertume que au niveau du caractère. Le fini aigrelet de la base reste un peu caché par les houblons.

On tap at TCBW 2016. Hazy pale golden with a modest, white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma, tropical fruits, citrus and hints of pale malt and yeast.
