Bottle @ Home. Gusher, never stopped gushing from open bottle. Uncelar dark golden body inn glass under a huge, creamy tan head. Mild aroma, malt and nuts. Taste is slightly harsh with malt, hint of toffee and bitterness. Was expecting this to have some acidity from the infection, but that’s not the case for the moment. But there is a harsh, slightly unpleasent boitterenss that seems to be more pronouned after drinking more of this. A bit htin body with harsh aftertaste. It’s not totally undrinkable but far from a great beer. It seems to have certains quilities and it’s a shame something obvious vent wrong here. I think about half the bottle just disapeard throug gushing.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Reddish brown colour, huge off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel and brown bread. Medium sweet flavour of malts and caramel, hints of roasted nuts, moderate piney and spicy hops. Warming mouthfeel, feels stronger than it is.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a beige head. Very biscuity nose paired with loads of crystal malts. Rich, malty body - with notes as above. The bitterness is rather subdued. But a clean and well made malt lover's beer. 270524
