(Keg at Põrgu, 20160711) The beer deep dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had smoke, chocolate, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were smoke, molasses, malts, grass, chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was smoky, malty and bitter. A good smoked brew.

Draught@Põrgu, Tallinn. Black colour, medium brown head. Aroma is fruity, roasted malts, some alcohol and a bit toasted notes. Flavour is sweet syrup, some roasted notes as well as mild bready and some alcohol to it as well.

TAP at Porgu, shared with FatPhil. Full of dried fruit a bit of chocolate and quite smoky. Flavourful, chocolaty, smoky and medium bitter smooth mouthfeel. Very good.

Draft @ Põrgu. Brune foncée, col fin beige. Arôme est légèrement fumé, avec un petit rétro cara pâle, pils tirant vers allemand. Fumé persistant en rétro. Palais est également plaisant, axé sur une pointe de fumé avec un agréable fini tirant sur le chocolaté. Retrouve une petite pointe d’amertume presque fleurie en fin de bouche. Le tout est sec sur la fin avec un accompagnement de baies.

Tap at Porgu, Tallinn. Colour is dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Smoke, chocolate and roasted malts. Easy light smoke beer.

Draught @ Põrgu. Aroma has smoky notes and licorice. Also tobacco. Flavour has grain, ash, tobacco, smoke and licorice. Rather nice and rich stuff. Hard to believe that this is a lager - it has so strong stout vibes.

Tap at Porgu, Tallinn. Opaque color, small brownish head. Smoked, smole ham aroma, toasted maltyness. Medium-bodied. Peaty smokey, smoked ham flavors. Nice maltyness although feels a bit watery. Rauchbier with good drinkability.

Pours dark ruby-black with beige head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is smoke, roast, malt. Flavor is sweet, malt, roast, smoke. Body is bit thin. Overall: good.

50 cl on tap at Põrgu, Tallinn. Dark mahogany, almost black, with a modest, but lasting beige head. Malty and roasty aroma with nice smoky notes, dark fruits and hints of wood and bonfire. Moderate to medium sweet with surprisingly smooth and balanced malty and smoky flavours and a rather mild bitterness.
