330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small to average, diminishing, white head. Minimally citrusy fruity aroma, some lemon on a more grainy and strawy basis. Taste is minimally sweet, minimally tart, slightly fruity, some lemon, some honey, minimally spicy yeasty overtones; grainy, minimally strawy finish. Not that bad...

Hissig og spruter ved åpning. Fenolisk og jordiske toner. Vanskelig å si om den er infisert utfra smaken, det virker kanskje ikke slik.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty and slightly bready (cara-)malty aroma with subtle fruity notes of citrus. Slightly sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly bready start with wheaty spots and a touch of citrus; mildly sweet and slightly citrus-sour finish. Okay. 13.VI.13

Bottle at home. Gusher, and it just keeps coming! Pours a hazy orange colour with a large off-white whipped eggwhite-like head. Aroma of pale malt, Belgian yeast, hay, dried fruit and some spices and herbal. The flavour is not far away from the aroma but is sweeter with a sweet fruity touch and hops in addition, and something that is reminiscent of shellfish (!). Has a silky mouth feel, and a light bitterness. An interesting and fresh blond ale, but not bad.

Bottle enjoyed in Cafe overlooking Barcelona Cathedral. Pours a cloudy honey yellow colour with a fruity wheat aroma. Fairly sweet. Quite a nice beer.

23/11 from some market in Barcelona. It poured golden body with medium sized head. Weak sourish aroma, herbal hops. Flavor was slightly sweet and sourish, biscuit and herbs again. Simple as that. Thin in body with short, only slightly sweet biscuit finish. It is a well balanced ale but that does not help it much!
