New Beer Distributors, NY 330ml ($2): Pours a hazy golden color with a rather long-lasting, but small white head. Aroma is yeast and honey. Taste and body are both very light. There is a good amount of sweetness. I almost feel like I can taste the alcohol, which is very strange for a 5.5% abv beer. Not that great, but not horrible.

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Pours slightly hazy golden with a lasting, white head. Fruity aroma with some floral notes and yeast, malt, spices and hints of citrus. Lightly sweet, yeasty and fruity with a lightly citrusy, spicy and bitter finish. Pretty light body, but quite refreshing and enjoyable.

(bottle) Poured a cloudy amber with little white head. Aroma was pleasant - lychee, honey, faint perfume. Medium bodied, well carbonated. The flavour had some rather harsh notes too it, although there was some nice honey and peppery spice too. Quite drinkable, but not great; worked well with spicy food.

330 ml bottle, as Rosita Original, from Vinmonopolet Vika, Oslo. ABV is 5.5%. Imported to Norway by Moestue Grape Selections AS. According to the Norwegian rear label, this is a spontaneously fermented ale (not sure if that is entirely true), with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Hazy golden colour, large to low white head, decent lacing. Strong sweetish and "unfresh" aroma, distinct notes of stale marmalade and decaying / rotting fruits. The flavour is somewhat better than the aroma, wheaty and fairly refreshing character with hints of citrus. Won’t buy again though.

330ml bottle purchased at Vinmonopolet Vika in Oslo and shared with Finn back home. Unclear yellow, fragile lace from a small white head. Dusty hops to the nose. Fruity taste with malted wheat added by mild spices. Very much on the sweet side. Has not got so much to offer, passable, though (Tromsø, 13.10.2011).

Botte from Carrefour, Bilbao, Basque Country, Northern Spain, July 2011 consumed 31.07.11 Pours gold with white head that fizzes then disappears. Sweet corny nose, sweet corny taste . Malty with biscuits and butter in fact buttery popcorn. Not that impressed I’m afraid, could end up on the vegetable garden. A6 A3 T4 P2 Ov9 2.3
