Can thanks to Wolf. A light haze on this amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Airy malts, mild caramel and very mild and thin malt cream. Tastes very aged. Mild fruity malts on the back end. A most curious affair. If you gave this to me blind and, told me it was a relic from the 1970s, I would believe you whilst remarking that the carbonation was very well preserved indeed! I guess the major fault with this brew is that many of the said 70s relics (and even earlier) have a richer flavour profile than this.

10/05/2025 Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö May tasting - sweet malty with notes of toffee and caramel malty sweetness, dried fruit shred, spice, medium body, sweet malty spiced finish.

Burk från SB. Stor strong ale eller lätt bw. Väldigt smooth och lättdrucken med karamell, toffee och söt torkad frukt som päron och fikon. Lätt beska med en lätt bränd ton balanserar. God men inte jättekomplex

Sample (thanks omhper!). Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some sweet malts, mild nutty tones with some slight raisins and rosehip. Flavour is nutty, some sweet malts, some fruity, raisins and mild toffeeish tones. Tasty Barley Wine.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear nut brown, small head. Deep caramelly nose. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Toffee and caramel, raisins and hay. Warming bitter finish.

Brunrød klar med beige skum. Lukter karamell, rosiner og alkohol. Fyldig. Smaker fløtekaramell, alkohol og rosiner. Middels lang.
