Sample, thanks fonefan! Viscous black, no head. Aroma of chocolate and pecan ice cream. Artificially sweet with full body and sticky, viscous mouthfeel. Bourbon and chocolate sauce on vanilla ice cream. Sticky finish with painful sweetness. Semi-tolerable for being an Omnipollo stout, still it gets unbearably cloying after around 1cl.

Thanks fonefan! Black colour, no head. Aroma is rather nutty, hazelnuts, some toffee and a bit toasted tones with vanilla as well. Flavour is vanilla, some chocolate, mild nutty tones with some lactose and a wee bit burning alcohol in the background.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, small brown head, alcohol and strong barrel in the nose. Sweet roasted malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, barrel and noticable alcohol with maple notes in the finish. Bit sweet but nice.

(Draught at Beer Merchants Tap, Hackney Wick, London, 22 Nov 2024) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of caramel, chocolate truffles, maple syrup, oak wood and a touch of whisky. Malty, roasted, sweet taste with chocolate truffles, maple syrup, caramel, vanilla, oak wood and a balanced cacao bitterness in a sweetish finish. Full body, sweet. Thick and oily mouthfeel. Some alcohol shining through, but not as much as expected. Sweet and boozy, but really rich, tasty, complex and warming. Very nice.
Chocolate, maple, leaves a delicious oily layer on the palate, man this is good (and strong)!
