Rainy DM @Jagdparcour Dornsberg. Clear, mohagony color and an off-white head. Caramel, raisins and rum-fruits, bitter,earthy Hops. Rather short finish.

(Draught at Uiltje Craft Beer Bar, Haarlem, 17 July 2024) Reddish brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, dates and figs. Malty taste with caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit, apricots, raisins, dates, figs and a gentle spicy bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and well balanced for its strength. Nice one.

Bruin bier met een mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzoet en warm met iets van karamel, wat rozijn en veel krachtige alcohol. Mooi experiment.

On tap @ Uiltje Craft Beer Bar. Clear dark copper with a white head. Dark caramel aroma with a hint of mezcal. Sweet taste with a warming sweet finish. Nice thick mouthfeel.
