Bærsødme i ettersmaken. Slank for sine 6,6%, som er godt gjemt.

Shared bottle at HNB 08.02.15. Brown. Small, beige head. Fine aroma of berries and caramellized sugar. Similar, but slightly sour and fruity taste, with green bananas. Low bitterness.

Weizen-like aroma, but without fruits. Fresh. Yeast hints. Phenolic hints. Copper colored. Very cloudy. 100% opaque. I poured from quite high distance and still the head was short. After a while only thin ring is visible. Sweet with slight bitterness. A little bit sour and astringent. Very low carbonation. Medium body, oily texture. Quite good but I would like to add more bock style to it, especially to aroma. Also those phenols are unpleasant.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 28.06.2014
Aroma is malty with bread and ’kotikalja’. Also some ripe fruits. Flavour has overripe banana, some citrus and toffee. Smooth and easy to drink. Nice.

At a tasting, thanks stas, murky light brown colour, aroma of caramel, candy, some banana and bubblegum, sweet caramel flavour with candy and sourdough bread, medium body with a light noticable sourness. Nice and quite easy to drink.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of ElDesmadre. Murky brown color with medium creamy light brown head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, caramel, citrus, yeast and honey. Taste starts refreshing grainy and fruity, following is sweet toasted or mildly roasted malty, while finish is almost without any bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture and average natural carbonation in palate. Very good, although a bit too sweet for my taste...

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Stas. Cloudy reddish amber. Pleasant banana and a bubblegum aroma with caramel, candy and a spicy note. Sweet flavor with fruity esters, bubblegum and caramel. Medium-bodied. A nice well-made Weizenbock.

Virtually no head but beige rim after seconds; opaque reddish-brown beer. Wheat, brown candi sugar, molasses, faintly roasted malt and other grains. Faint hint at Ersatz coffee. Wheat, wholemeal bread and again "candico" brown candi sugar. Very sweet. Some (very ripe) banana, especially retronasal. Quite present carbonation, alleviating the apparent gravity in the mouth, making it markedly lighter than the classical German examples. Very (wheat)slick. Not a Weizenbock as I’m "used" to, but far from bad! Many thanks to Aga and dad in Poland!

Bottled. A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of cherries, wheat, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, and fruits, leading to a dry finish.
