It’s okay. Definitely has the funk of a saison and the hops of an ipa, but is kinda 90s styled, just old and out of touch a bit. Beer shop kristiansand

26.08.2024, 0,33l can @ home:
Huge foamy shortlasting head, hazy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry floral, pine needles, bark, leafs, dusty hops, minerals, flowers, yeast, light malts, moss, herbs, cardboard. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish floral, leafs, weeds, harsh hops, pine needles, minerals, alcohol, herbs, soap, yeast, sour grass, harsh citrus peel, fruit stones. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

33cl can from Gulating, Kristiansand. Pours somewhat muddy brownish golden with a large, bubbly, white head. Fruity, acidic and slightly yeasty. Rather high carbonation, close to fizzy. Drinkable, but not too pleasant.

Can @ home. Hazy golden body under I fine white head. Aroma has citric fruits, tropical fruits, esters and spicy yeast. Taste is sweet, smooth, soft malt, pleasant fruitiness, spicy yeast and balanced bitterness. Fine body with same aftertaste. Nice, tasty and very re-freshing.

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. An unclear golden-orange colored beer with a small white head. The aroma sure reveals we're drinking a saison, peppery, grassy and with a light bready maltyness, as well as touch of tropical fruityness. It's medium bodied, quite bitter and dry, and a tad gentle on the carbonation. Peppery, grassy and floral flavor, with some mango hints, pine cones and a generic tropical fruit juice touch. Long finish where the pine cones and tropical fruit juice is more pronounced. Perhaps a bit bitter for a beer this dry, but nice anyway. Guess a bit more ageing will do good too, it was really fresh when served at the festival. 230707
