(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Clear, orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma is one of burned caramel. Fairly light in body with some roasted malt and burned caramel. The finish is dry without much bitterness. Quite well made. 270707

Bottled. A brown beer with a tan head. The aroma is sweet and very malty with notes of bread and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and bread, as well as lighter notes of alcohol. A bit one-dimensional.

Medium beige head. Pretty deep dark red body. Papery, spicy licorice aroma with notes of grain. Dry, roasty taste with chocolate and paper notes and some grain. Aftertaste is dry grain. A bit watery. Itβs OK, but not very exciting. (0.33l bottle. Xmas 2006 variety.)

Bottle. Slightly malty, appleish aroma. Dark chestnut colour, semi-stable head. Quite malty flavour with OK bitterness. Liquorice aftertaste, and the maltiness disappears. Bitterness turns a little rough, tannins?

Bottled. Clear, low-carbonated, copper-colored beer with a decent off-white head. Aroma is mostly caramel. Malty, light sweet flavor with roasted notes. Ok mouthfeel for a klasse D (below 4,8% alcohol) juleΓΈl. Finish is light bitter with a roasted twist. (051207)

(330 ml bottle). Copper colour, good head. Aroma is caramel and spices. Flavour is malty with some caramel and burnt notes, still a somewhat thin mouthfeel - this style calls for a higher ABV.
